These Terms and Conditions govern the use of ProBooks Accounting ("ProBooks"), a financial and donation management system operated by Alpha Media Productions Ltd. By accessing or using this system, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this system.
ProBooks is provided for legitimate financial administration, donation management, transaction reconciliation, and reporting purposes. You may only use the system for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Access to ProBooks is restricted to authorised users who have been granted an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or a security issue.
Where applicable, ProBooks uses TrueLayer Ltd, an authorised Open Banking provider, to access bank transaction and balance data.
ProBooks is designed to assist with financial management and reconciliation, but you remain responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all information entered, imported, matched, exported, or reported through the system. We do not guarantee that imported bank data, transaction matching, or automated suggestions will always be complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific accounting or reporting requirements.
Any personal, financial, or operational data accessed through ProBooks must be handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection law. You must not copy, share, export, or disclose data outside your organisation except where authorised or required by law.
We aim to keep ProBooks available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous availability. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to ProBooks where there is suspected misuse, breach of these Terms, unlawful behaviour, security concerns, or where access is no longer authorised.
ProBooks is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Service, including its accuracy, reliability, fitness for purpose, or availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Media Productions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of data, income, business, or goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use ProBooks. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
All intellectual property rights in ProBooks, including its software, design, structure, and content, are owned by or licensed to Alpha Media Productions Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
Your use of ProBooks is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
